Im abit delayed posting this, but the service was amazing, we had a problem geting to my partners van as the garage had closed and had to wait for them to come open up to gain access to the van, so he went and did another recovery, but kept in contact with me and came back and got the van and delivered it to another garage for us. Would highly recommend very good service and great price.

I don’t know exactly how to describe the kind gesture of the gentle man who came to my rescue. I rung him at midnight and he answered his call.
He turned in no time and came help me pull my car out of the ditch where it has driven itself due to me not applying my handbrake when I parked.
He was so patient and very wonderful.
A go to and you are in extreme need of a recovery vehicle.

Was in a jam this morning where my car wouldn’t switch on & it was booked in at the garage. Nick was at mine within30 mins of the call & was able to start my car & get it on the truck & took me to the garage. Would definitely call if I’m in trouble again (quicker than recovery company!)

Broke down with a broken coil spring about 20mins from home. I logged a call with RAC, who I have cover with through my car insurance. At around 3pm they were giving me a window when they’d be there of 18:40-21:40, and said I had to be near the car or they’d cancel my call if they turned up and I wasn’t there, and potentially would only give me 5 mins notice of their arrival. The prospect of having to wait this long on a country road in the dark and cold, and as a lone female, was far from ideal so I cancelled the RAC for that night slot, abandoned my car in a lay-by on a B road with plans to log a call the next day early on so it would at least be light while I waited, and got a lift home. I rung Nick when looking at different options later that afternoon, and he came to the rescue! He came back to me in less than 5 mins of having my car’s location and drop off point with a quote, following my initial call. He was able to get to my car in 30mins from giving the quote, and dropped it off at my local garage I use and trust. Having an accurate time that saved me from waiting in my car, and someone to talk to, rather than forms online, was invaluable. The price was very good, and for the quick response and saving me a long wait in my car I can’t thank Nick enough. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him, and will go straight to him if and when I have a future problem.
